8th Management is a Switzerland-based sports management agency built to professionalise the world of polo. We work with emerging elite athletes, global brands, and polo clubs to manage careers, structure partnerships, and run top-level events.
Our mission is to bring excellence and visibility to the next generation of polo by building strong, market-ready athletes and creating impactful collaborations across the sport.
